Custom Supplement Paper Tube Secondary Packaging

Review a paperboard outer tube for separately sealed supplement bottles: diameter, capped height, label zone, lid, liner, print and sampling inputs.

This is a concept, not a customer project; final dimensions and fit require sampling. This cylindrical lift-off-lid direction is for a bottle that already has its own primary container and seal. Review it for a retail or gift presentation brief when the bottle envelope and required outer-label layout are available. It is not a loose-powder container or an approved food-contact specification.

Structure and material review

Discuss a paperboard tube body, separate lid and outer paper wrap. Specify the bottle’s maximum outside envelope before asking for proposed usable internal dimensions. Wall direction, lid overlap and base construction remain project decisions; no wall thickness or clearance is established by these illustrations.

For the wrap, provide color and texture references. CMYK or spot-color printing, matte or gloss lamination, foil and embossing can be discussed against the intended artwork and paper. Availability and compatibility require review of the proposed combination. Decorative treatments are not barrier or durability evidence.

Liner, label and packing decisions

State whether the bottle needs a liner or a locating insert and identify the purpose: surface separation, position or presentation. These concepts do not show a validated insert. Request a proposal and review bottle loading and removal with an actual sample.

Provide the target market and buyer-approved label file. Reserve the intended body, lid and variable-print zones on a proposed drawing. Required wording, food-contact questions and market-specific obligations must be confirmed for the project. Identify the outer shipping pack separately from this retail tube.

Approve the question each sample answers

Link each sample to a bottle SKU and artwork revision. Check usable space, closure, label visibility and removal separately. Record any change in the capped bottle, wrap or insert before approving a repeat sample. Protection performance requires an agreed verification plan for the actual packing arrangement.
