Custom Foldable Gift Box With Corner Lock
A corner-lock gift box proposal starts with the flat blank, the intended assembly sequence and the packed item—not a generic strength claim. Confirm what folds first, what tabs engage, and which surfaces remain visible before approving artwork or a sample.

Specify the flat pack and corner sequence
Provide the flat blank direction, proposed assembled length, width and height, board direction, and the order in which panels and corner tabs should be folded. A concept image can help identify the conversation, but it does not validate a production dieline or locking result.
Use MUGE’s folding gift-box range to compare broader format directions before selecting a project-specific structure.
Material, print and finish review
Use paperboard as a proposal direction, with board selection and crease layout reviewed together. Mark the inside and outside print faces, artwork orientation after folding, and any areas intended for foil, embossing or a surface finish. Confirm the proposed finish on a physical sample; the green color in the illustrations is a concept, not a stock specification.
Review the packed item before sampling
The stationery presentation illustrates one possible gift-set brief, not a tested fit or a confirmed customer application. A different item set may need a different insert and opening sequence.
Record the largest packed-item dimensions, weight, loading order, insert need and any removal method. Review a physical sample with the real contents and artwork revision; assembly, fit and transit evaluation are separate project questions.
RFQ inputs for a comparable proposal
Include quantity by SKU and destination market. Review paperboard material, print coverage, surface finish and any insert as separate proposal choices. The illustrations are not a customer project; actual dimensions and fit require sampling.
- Flat packed and assembled length, width and height direction
- Packed item size, weight, loading order and any insert requirement
- Corner-lock and opening sequence to review, plus artwork and finish direction
- Quantity by SKU, destination market and the sample question to resolve
Read the paired corner-lock RFQ guide, then send the project inputs for a sampling discussion.
Source and scope: the MUGE folding gift-box specification guide supports the general size, board, artwork, insert and sampling inputs used here. The corner-lock sequence is a project proposal to review, not a validated construction, transit result or independent endorsement.
