Custom corrugated mailer box
Prepare size, board and parcel-handling inputs before sampling
A mailer box is a die-cut corrugated shipping format with an attached lid and locking flaps. The correct structure depends on the finished internal size, packed weight, product fragility, insert, parcel route, stacking and print coverage. A flute or wall direction should therefore be reviewed against the actual distribution risk instead of selected from a generic thickness claim.
MUGE PACKAGING's standard MOQ starts from 500 units per design. Final feasibility, board construction, sample timing and production timing are confirmed after the complete brief is reviewed.
Packed weight and fragility
State total packed weight, breakable areas and whether an insert, divider or void-fill direction is required.
Board and flute
Review liner, flute and wall construction against parcel handling, stacking, print surface and sample performance.
Closure and opening
Confirm locking tabs, dust flaps, tear strip, reseal direction and the intended unboxing sequence.
Print and finish
Provide artwork coverage, color references, inside-print needs and any coating or surface-protection requirement.
Shipping validation
Describe parcel carrier, route, pallet or loose-carton handling and the project-specific test or inspection requirement.
