Shipping Policy

MUGE PACKAGING ships custom packaging products for international business customers. Shipping method, cost and timeline depend on the order size, packaging type, destination, carton details, shipment method and agreed trade terms.

Last updated: June 10, 2026

1. Shipping methods

Depending on the project, shipment may be arranged by international express, air freight, sea freight, truck delivery to a forwarder, or another agreed logistics method. Buyers may also use their own freight forwarder if agreed before shipment.

2. Processing and production before shipment

Custom packaging orders require project review, artwork or dieline confirmation, sampling or proofing when needed, production, packing review and shipment preparation. Processing and production time varies by structure, material, printing, finishing, quantity and factory schedule. The practical timeline is confirmed before order confirmation or shipment arrangement.

3. Shipping cost and delivery time

Freight cost and delivery time are not fixed because custom packaging orders vary by carton size, total weight, destination, selected shipping method and agreed trade terms. MUGE PACKAGING confirms the available shipping option, estimated shipping cost and estimated transit time in the quotation, invoice, order confirmation or shipment communication before dispatch.

4. Export documents and destination charges

Standard export documents such as commercial invoice and packing list can be prepared according to the confirmed order. Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, local delivery charges or destination handling fees may apply depending on the destination country and agreed terms. These destination-side charges are normally handled by the buyer unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

5. Delivery address and shipment confirmation

Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, consignee name, phone number, email, tax or import information where required, and any special shipping instructions before shipment. Shipping marks, carton packing and logistics details should be confirmed before goods are dispatched.

6. Shipment issues

If a shipment is delayed, damaged or has a delivery issue, please contact us with the order reference, tracking or logistics information and photos where applicable. We will review the issue with the related logistics provider or freight forwarder and confirm the next steps.

7. Contact

For shipping questions, please email sales@mugepackaging.com or contact your MUGE PACKAGING sales representative before confirming your order.
