Sleeve-and-tray structure
Prepare the drawer fit and opening brief before sampling
These six photographs show one unbranded rigid drawer-box sample from closed, partly open and separated-component views. Use them to review sleeve clearance, tray depth, ribbon position and opening direction. Final dimensions, board, wrap, insert, artwork and finish are confirmed from the product brief before sampling.
The separated view shows an empty tray without an insert. It does not demonstrate how a product is held or protected. Review a sample with your actual product and proposed insert, then record the sample revision, handling observations and agreed acceptance points before approval.
Sleeve clearance
Confirm whether the tray should slide freely or hold a firmer presentation fit before structural sampling.
Ribbon position
State the preferred pull direction and handling method so ribbon placement can be reviewed with the product layout.
Board and wrap
Share the product weight, sales channel and surface reference before rigid board and wrap-paper options are reviewed.
Insert support
