MUGE PACKAGING is a brand-level packaging manufacturer in Shenzhen. Why MUGE Exists
MUGE was founded in 2014 with a simple belief: product packaging should be more thoughtful — right-sized for the product, free of unnecessary layers, and still worth opening.
We set out to reduce over-packaging: too much board, too much empty space, too many layers that do nothing for the product. And we wanted to do it without giving up what makes packaging worth opening: a box that is more beautiful, and better suited to the nature of the product it carries.
That belief still shapes every decision we make: a structure sized to fit the product instead of swallowing it, and a finish that earns its place on the box.
MUGE is a manufacturer with a brand's point of view. We stand behind our own name on every project, with the same standard from the first sample to the last carton.
What We Stand For
- Design and making think together. Structure, artwork hierarchy, the moment the lid opens and the finish under your fingertips are decided with production in the room, before anything is cut.
- Right-sized, on purpose. Packaging should fit the product, not overwhelm it. We size structures and inserts to the product so there is no unnecessary board, filler or empty space.
- Hold it before you commit. We are sample-first. You see and handle the real thing, and sampling typically takes 3–7 working days, confirmed in your quote.
- Premium lives in the details. Foil that catches light at the right angle. An emboss you can feel. An insert that holds your product exactly where it should sit.
- Straight talk. We tell you what a material can and can't do, what's in the quote and what isn't, and what we need from you to get it right.
What We Make for Brands
From the shelf to the shipping box, we build the packaging your product actually needs.
- Color boxes — Printed folding cartons and paper boxes in white card or kraft, made for retail shelves, gifting and subscription kits.
- Rigid gift boxes — Magnetic, drawer and book-style boxes in rigid greyboard wrapped in specialty paper. Also see our folding gift boxes for a lighter, flat-packed option.
- Paper tubes — Round, structural and quietly distinctive, for candles, skincare, tea and gifts. Minimums are set by specification.
- PET/PVC clear boxes — Let the product do the talking, with a clean, transparent window on what's inside.
- Corrugated mailers — Branded shipping boxes that make the unboxing start at the doorstep.

From Brief to Box: How We Work
Good packaging is a conversation, not a transaction. Here is how ours goes.
- Brief and design review. Tell us about your product, your brand and where it will be sold. We look at size, weight, artwork and target market before we suggest a route.
- Structure, materials and inserts. We match the right board, paper or plastic to your product, and design the insert that holds it in place.
- Samples in your hands. We make a physical sample so you can check fit, opening, color and finish.
- Bulk production. Once you approve, we move into bulk production, with timing confirmed in your quote.
- Quality check and export packing. We inspect, pack for the journey, and prepare the standard export documents, including commercial invoice and packing list.

The Details That Make It Feel Premium
Premium isn't one big decision. It's a hundred small ones, and we sweat all of them.
Finishes. Hot foil stamping, embossing and debossing, soft-touch lamination, spot UV, matte or gloss. We'll show you what each one does to your artwork before you choose. Explore our materials and finishes.
Insert design. An insert isn't filler; it's choreography. Whether it's EVA, paper pulp, a plastic tray, foam or a fabric pouch, we design it so your product is protected in transit and presented properly the moment the box opens, and so it uses no more material than the product needs.
Structure. Dielines, closures and assembly are checked for feasibility before production is confirmed, so the design you fall in love with is one that can actually be made well.

We hold ourselves to a strict QC routine, because a beautiful design is only as good as the box that arrives.
- Before production: we check materials before they go to press.
- During production: color, registration and structure are checked at each stage.
- Before shipment: finished goods, packing method and shipping marks are reviewed before the shipment is arranged.
MUGE is ISO 9001:2015 certified, which means our quality management runs on documented, repeatable processes rather than good intentions.

Low MOQ, Built for Growing Brands
Great packaging shouldn't be reserved for brands with huge volumes. Our minimum is 500 per design (paper tubes by specification), so you can launch, test and grow without committing to a warehouse full of boxes.
A few honest ground rules:
- A new artwork or size is a new design, and designs can't be combined to reach the minimum.
- Die-cut tooling and plate fees are included in the unit price, so you won't find them as separate line items.
- Sampling and bulk timelines are confirmed in your quote.
