Corrugated Board

Lightweight strength for shipping & e-commerce

Corrugated board is a sandwich of fluted medium glued between linerboards, engineered to absorb impact and resist crush forces while remaining lightweight. The flute profile (E, B, C, F or double-wall BC) determines thickness and protection level — F-flute (0.8 mm) for fine retail printing, E-flute (1.6 mm) for premium mailers, B-flute (3 mm) for shippers, and BC double-wall for heavy goods. We print directly on white-top kraft liners with offset litho-laminated graphics, achieving full-colour photographic mailers that survive trans-ocean freight without scuffing.

Section 08 · FAQ

Frequently asked

Which flute should I choose for an e-commerce mailer?+

E-flute (1.6 mm) is the industry standard — premium feel, great print quality, and rigid enough for direct-to-consumer shipping.

Can corrugated boxes be printed in full colour?+

Yes. For photographic results we litho-laminate a printed sheet onto the corrugated; for solid colours and brand graphics, direct flexo is faster and cheaper.

Are your corrugated boxes recyclable?+

Yes — all our corrugated stock is 100% recyclable and uses water-based inks and adhesives. FSC-certified options are available on request.
