Collapsible gift-box direction

Custom Collapsible Rigid Box With Removable Grid Divider

This direction combines a collapsible rigid shell with a separate interlocking paperboard grid. Define the product grouping, compartment plan and assembly sequence before artwork and sampling; the grid can be revised independently of the shell.

Buyer decision

Review shell setup, grid assembly and loading as one sequence

Outside box dimensions do not define the usable compartments. The assembled shell, divider-panel thickness direction, slot engagement, product envelope and closure path must be reviewed together. This page does not claim verified retention, transit performance, food contact or compliance.

  • Finished item maximum length, width, height, weight and loading orientation
  • Required compartment count, product grouping and permitted contact areas
  • Shell opening direction and whether the separate grid packs flat
  • Divider-panel count, slot direction and assembly sequence
  • Shell wrap, print, finish and divider appearance to review before proofing
  • Quantity direction, packing method, destination-market requirements and sample checks

Materials, printing and finishing to review

Specify the wrapped rigid-board shell and removable paperboard grid separately. Kraft, coated and specialty-paper directions must be checked against the fold, slot and artwork plan. Ask for the proposed board construction and divider direction; the concepts do not establish a final grade, thickness or tolerance.

Provide CMYK or spot-colour artwork and mark foil, embossing, spot UV or matte/gloss lamination areas. Review the wrap seam and divider contact areas before selecting finishes. The packed item, loading sequence and outer shipping carton determine which sample checks are needed.
