Return Policy
MUGE PACKAGING provides custom-made packaging products for business customers. Because most orders are produced according to approved dimensions, materials, artwork and finishing requirements, return handling is reviewed by project and order stage.

1. Custom-made order policy
Custom packaging orders are made to the buyer's confirmed specifications. Once artwork, structure, sample, proof or production details have been approved, items normally cannot be returned for non-quality reasons such as a change of preference, market plan or design direction.
2. Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as early as possible. Before materials are prepared or production starts, our team can review whether changes are still possible. After sampling, material preparation, printing or production has started, any change or cancellation must be reviewed based on actual project status and confirmed in writing.
3. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If goods arrive damaged, defective or different from the approved order details, please contact us promptly with the order reference, carton photos, product photos, quantity affected and a clear description of the issue. After review, MUGE PACKAGING will confirm a practical solution, which may include replacement, rework, partial replacement or another agreed resolution.
4. Items that are generally not returnable
- Custom printed packaging produced according to approved artwork.
- Packaging made to confirmed custom dimensions, materials or structures.
- Orders already shipped and received without a confirmed quality issue.
- Issues caused by incorrect information supplied by the buyer.
5. How to report an issue
Please email sales@mugepackaging.com with your company name, order reference, photos or videos, affected quantity and a short explanation. You may also contact your MUGE PACKAGING sales representative directly. We will review the case and confirm the next steps in writing.
6. Questions before placing an order
For best results, please confirm product size, artwork, material, finishing, insert, packing method and delivery requirements before production. If you are unsure about structure or material, contact us before placing a bulk order so the project can be reviewed first.
