Custom sticker project-review guide

Die-Cut Sticker Artwork and Shape Brief Before Project Review

Before a project review, keep one sticker's intended shape, known size, placement context, supplied artwork or outline, and open questions in the same record. The record helps a team discuss the same version; it does not confirm a technical specification, sample, price, schedule, or production outcome.

These are concept illustrations, not a customer project or production sample. Final project details require project review and sampling.

Keep one sticker's handoff record focused

A project can start with a logo, illustration, outline, or reference image that looks settled while essential context is still open. Rather than filling gaps with assumptions, use a short handoff record that states what the current material identifies and what still needs a project answer.

  1. Give the sticker one working ID and identify the current artwork or outline file. If a newer file is expected, say so instead of combining versions.
  2. Record the intended shape in plain language. Use the shape as a discussion reference, not as a confirmed dieline or production instruction.
  3. Note the intended finished size only when it is known. Leave an open field when it still needs review rather than estimating from a screen image.
  4. Describe where the sticker is expected to appear, such as a package panel, product, insert, or another identified surface. This gives reviewers context without deciding material or application performance.
  5. List the questions that remain open separately from the supplied artwork. An open field is useful information, not a missing approval.

Separate confirmed inputs from questions to review

The handoff should make it easy to see the current artwork source, the expected shape, any known size, and the intended placement. Keep questions about material, adhesive, printing, colour, durability, labels, commercial terms, sampling, and production approval outside the confirmed-input section until the relevant project review supplies an answer.

That distinction is especially useful when different people are contributing a logo, an outline, a placement reference, or a revised design. It preserves one shared version without implying that a technical or commercial decision has already been made.

Use the existing sticker route for context, not a technical conclusion

The existing die-cut sticker project page and the Custom Stickers & Labels category give a buyer a relevant starting point for the discussion. They do not turn this handoff record into a claim about material, adhesive, printing, compliance, price, quantity, timing, testing, sampling, or production approval.

If the project later needs a broader request, keep that work in a separate packaging quote brief so a one-sticker artwork handoff stays easy to trace.

Send one clear handoff record

Share the current artwork or outline, the intended shape, known size and placement, plus the questions that remain open. MUGE PACKAGING can review the project inputs before a quotation or production decision is confirmed.
